You have probably heard the saying a well-formed question contains half of the answer. Whether or not this is true can be debated, however our ability to ask questions of ourselves and others is at the root of our ability to deepen our relationships both internally and externally. Asking questions of others demonstrates our willingness to be vulnerable and admit we may not know it all or indicates an interest in getting to know the other at a deeper level.
