Difference

Have you ever been bullied for being different? What is that really but someone else saying you are not as good as them because you are different. Different means just that – not better, not worse – just different. They are attempting to define you through their lens. Do not allow this.

Over the years my husband and I have fostered over 55 puppies and dogs with medical conditions. This little guy came into a local shelter with a terrible looking left eye that could not be saved. He healed up just fine and is thriving in a loving home with other dogs. He was full of spunk once that painful eye came out and he never let having one eye slow him down one bit! 

You say “She’s different,
Let’s exclude!”
But that is not
Yours to conclude!

 My difference is what sets me free
To be,
Unapologetically,
Me.
