Like a table with 4 legs, to be balanced, we need to care for our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. This week I am participating in an @jillfit #physiqueweek challenge and its #day2. Today’s poem was inspired by Jillfit’s Triple A’s of confidence. I completed today’s workout of:
